How you'll contribute
A Market Manager - Physician Services who excels in this role:
- Oversees 10 physician clinics within the region, ensuring operational efficiency, quality care, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assists with the development and implementation of departmental goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan.
- Manages staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, development, and payroll administration.
- Monitors departmental budgets, contracts, regulatory compliance, and vendor relationships to ensure operational and financial effectiveness.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with physicians and clinical leadership, fostering engagement, collaboration, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Oversees clinical and operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities for quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborates with regional and system leadership on strategic initiatives, service line development, and process improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting, preferably overseeing multiple physician practices or clinical departments.
- Demonstrated experience in staff management, including performance evaluation, recruitment, development, and payroll oversight.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships in a healthcare environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance protocols, policies, and procedures, including accreditation requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical leaders, fostering engagement, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience analyzing operational and performance metrics to drive quality improvement, efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional network.
