How you'll contribute

A Nuclear Medicine Technician who excels in this role:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
    Essential Functions

  • Administers radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.

  • Processes data and enhances digital images using advanced computer technology.

  • Provides images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.

  • Evaluates images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Associate's Degree Required; Graduate of a Program Discipline in Nuclear Medicine Required

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • Licenses: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist by NMTCB if not grandfathered by the state.

  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)Required Skills
