Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

How you'll contribute
The Nursing Assistant provides essential support to nursing staff by performing basic patient care duties, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients. This includes but is not limited to:
- Perform basic patient care tasks including hygiene, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide general nursing care such as patient positioning, lifting, turning, and use of assistive equipment.
- Assist with toileting using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation.
- Take and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, and blood pressure, as well as intake and output measurements.
- Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge, including handling personal belongings.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable patient environment.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights, telephone, and paging systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in an acute or long-term care facility preferred
- CPR/BCLS certification required
