How you'll contribute

The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations including supervision of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and standards, and collaborating with leadership to optimize patient care delivery as well as:

• Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff performance, resolve issues, and foster team development.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program; BSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum two years of rehab nursing experience and two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• License: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.

Salary range: $102,669 - 138,611
