Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute is a 38-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital focused on individualized, patient-centered care. We specialize in recovery from:
- Stroke and neurological conditions
- Brain and spinal cord injuries
- Orthopedic trauma and post-surgical recovery
- Chronic or debilitating conditions impacting independence

How You'll Contribute
In this role, you will oversee nursing operations for an assigned unit while serving as a clinical leader and mentor. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality, compliant care
- Promoting adherence to clinical policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes
- Managing staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development
- Supporting education, competencies, and rehabilitation-focused nursing practice
- Monitoring clinical documentation for accuracy, quality metrics, and compliance
- Participating in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Creating a supportive, accountable, and respectful team environment aligned with Lifepoint values

What We're Looking For
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred; ADN or Diploma accepted)
License
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
Certifications
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- CRRN preferred
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage performance, resolve challenges, and develop teams
- Excellent clinical judgment and rehabilitation-focused mindset
Sign On Bonus: $5,000
Salary: $87,000/yr to $107,500
