Position Occupational Therapist (OT), Rehabilitation
Location: 6700 Chad Colley Boulevard, Fort Smith, AR 72916
Schedule: FT | Flexible Hours | 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) a month and at least 1 holiday a year.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional needs and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily living
- Deliver therapeutic interventions that enhance motor skills, cognition, and adaptive abilities
- Document patient progress with accuracy and clarity
- Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and safety
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient success
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred)
- Experience in inpatient rehab (preferred but not required)
