How you'll contribute
The Office Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Medical Group Services by ensuring smooth execution of Staffing and Hiring processes including recruitment, onboarding, position control. This role serves as a key point of contact for MGS Managers for staffing needs, position control, new employee training activities. Responsibilities include:
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer letters in collaboration with MGS Clinic Managers
Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and required documentation
Maintain recruitment tracking and applicant records
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum Education: Associate's Degree in related field preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Must be able to function appropriately in a multi-task setting.
