More About Our Team
The PAI Coordinator plays a key role within the rehabilitation team, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff to support high-quality patient care. This position is responsible for overseeing quality and ensuring compliance with CMS documentation standards, while promoting accurate and timely data entry across the team. The PAI Coordinator also manages the submission of required data to CMS, ensuring all reporting deadlines and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
How you'll contribute
A PAI Coordinator who excels in this role:
- Coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team, gathering and input of data, transmission of data to Medicare.
- Assisting with education of staff regarding PPS and FIMS/Quality Indicators (QIs).
- Monitoring and management of CMS compliance.
- Routine internal contacts include all clinical members of the interdisciplinary team.
- External contacts are employees of the client facility.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a clinical degree. Additional requirements include:
- Current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or LCSW.
