The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provides dignified and compassionate support to each resident.

How you'll contribute

A PCA/Medication Aide who excels in this role:

  • Administers and documents medications per physician orders, monitors effectiveness, ensures proper storage and accountability, and complies with all policies and regulations.

  • Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, and grooming.

  • Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly.

What we're looking for

  • Applicants should have a Certificate of Completion as a Personal Care Aide and a current Virginia state Medication Aide license.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire

  • PCA and Medication Aide experience preferred
