How you'll contribute

A Generalist who excels in this role: 

• Under the guidance and direction of the People Services Director, the People Services Generalist is responsible for enhancing department functions by planning, implementing and developing training, onboarding, and employee orientation programs, the administration of employee benefits, payroll administration, and answer employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies and procedures.
• Assists in the handling of employee relations issues, compensation, benefits, and retention.

What we're looking for -  Applicants should have a High school diploma or equivalent.

• College degree preferred
• Previous experience working in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare,  or a related field is highly preferred.
