How you'll contribute
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, exercises strong critical thinking, and works confidently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy protocols
- Review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders to prevent or resolve drug‑related issues
- Provide drug information and education to physicians, healthcare staff, patients, and pharmacy students
- Document clinical interventions to support ongoing quality improvement
- Ensure medication orders are accurate and complete prior to entry
- Verify final medication preparation for accuracy after technician filling

What we're looking for
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Required; Doctoral Degree Preferred
- Licenses: Pharmacy License in the state of Arkansas
- Must live 30 minutes from the facility to accommodate call back requirements
