How you'll contribute
A Pharmacy Technician who excels in this role will:
Refill and maintains automated dispensing systems.
Fill medication carts on a daily basis.
Prepare orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
Repackage bulk medications.
What we're looking for
Applicants should be Registered with the Texas Board of Pharmacy in good standing and PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacy Intern (Required). Additional requirements include:
- CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain with 30 days of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
