How you'll contribute
A Pharmacy Technician who excels in this role:
Reads and writes Basic English with the basic skills necessary to transcribe physician's orders
Ability to listen, empathize and respond to patient, family, internal and external partners needs
Ability to work under stressful situations.
Knowledge of universal precaution and isolation standards
Basic computer skills
What we're looking for
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Proof of current CPhT standing and Montana Board of Pharmacy Registration Required; Successful completion of the National Certification Examination by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician (ICPT) required 6 months from date of hire/transfer
