Shift: Full Time | 0800-1630 | M-F (weekends & holidays as needed)
Bonus: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact every day? We're seeking a compassionate, skilled PTA to support our Physical Therapists in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care. What You'll Do
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities
Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is both technically skilled and deeply patient‑focused. Ideal candidates will have:
An Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
Current PTA license in the state of practice
CPR certification
Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
