A Program Director, Rehabilitation who excels in this role:
· Responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program
· Plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met
· Accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion

What we're looking for:
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech therapy and TX State Licensure for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy. Additional requirements include:
· Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
· Track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred
· Provision of own transportation
· Computer and current technology competence required
