Sovah Residency Clinic is a busy medical office that provides care for a variety of patient needs. We have family medicine and internal medicine physicians. How you'll contribute 

A Radiology Technician who excels in this role:

• Room patients- update pharmacy, medical hx, surgical hx, medication list, social hx and obtain vital signs
• Perform EKGs
• Perform blood draws
• Lab testing- covid/flu/RSV/strep swabs, urine dips, urine pregnancy test
• Assist with patient paperwork
• Perform x-rays

What we're looking for 
Applicants should be a graduate of program in discipline - required or validated by current licensure; bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional requirements include:

• Virginia State Radiation Operators License or Temporary (VA) State Radiation Operators license

• ARRT within 6 months of hire.

• BCLS within 90 days of hire.

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
