How you'll contribute  

  • Perform general nursing duties, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Prepare and operate dialysis equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments, promptly addressing any complications or concerns.
  • Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, post-treatment care, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatment, patient progress, and medication administration.
  • Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment in the dialysis unit.

What we're looking for 
Applicants should have a current North Carolina state or compact state RN license.  Additional requirements include: 

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree required).
  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Dialysis RN experience. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing patient needs.
