The Emergency Department at Centerpoint - Versailles embodies a culture of teamwork and effective communication, essential for providing specialized care to acute care and swing bed patients. This 6-bed unit averages 25 patients a day with most patients being walk ins.  

How you'll contribute 

An Emergency Services RN who excels in this role:

• makes an impact by assessing the patient's condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care

• collaborates with physicians and provide patients and/or families with instruction and education relevant to conditions

•  shapes exceptional patient journeys every day and leverages your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.

What we're looking for

• Education: Associates Degree in Nursing, Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Preferred

• License: Current RN to practice in the state of (KY)

• Certifications: BCLS; ACLS & PALS & NIHSS within 90 days of hire.

• National Certification within 1 year

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
