You are a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. You are confident in your ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting both patients and providers. Experience in orthopedic care is preferred, including familiarity with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative care, splinting/casting, and assisting with in-office procedures.

You are organized, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure while ensuring efficient clinic flow. A commitment to patient education, safety, and positive outcomes is essential. How you'll contribute 

Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

  • Assists medical staff in carrying out plans for care of patients.
  • Determines nursing care needs of the patient.
  • Develops, implements and updates nursing care plans in an outpatient setting.
  • Coordinates and orients new nursing personnel with regards to office set-up, requirements, associated activities and procedures.
  • Coordinates special activities with the hospital, i.e. direct admissions from the office or any other unique requirements.
  • Handles patient telephone inquiries.  Telephones prescription order to pharmacy, if required.
  • Pulls, handles and files medical records, if required. Transcribes lab, xrays and other medical data to charts, if required.
  • Assists with Quality measures.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of orthopedics (musculoskeletal) care including patient management, emergencies, appropriate interventions, therapies, and expected outcomes.
  • Applies appropriate apparatus for patient management (braces, splints, immobilizers when applicable ,ect.)
  • Assists with cast application/trimming.
  • Assists in orthopedic and podiatric surgical cases

What we're looking for 
Applicants should have a current state RN license and graduate of an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

  • Minimum One to three years medical experience.

  • One to Three years' Operating Room experience preferred

  • CPR or acquired within 2 months of hire
