How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies individual care needs
- Initiates and implements appropriate nursing interventions
- Delivers care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient
- Documents medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Completes and revises Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients
- Performs timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments
- Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail in clinical documentation
What we're looking for
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse with strong clinical and communication skills.
Applicants should have a current state RN license and meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
