How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who excels in this role:
Evaluate-- Independently evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates job
performance, recognizes performances.
Assigns and Directs Work-Covers call-offs, adjusts schedule as needed.
Adjusts Grievances-- Meets with employees to listen to and resolve employee issues and
grievance.
Discipline-- Implements performance improvements including verbal counseling.
Exercises Supervisory Authority-- Develops and implements department and/or hospital policy; insures all employees are trained in policy; exercises discretion, independent of policy to insure proper function of department or subdepartment.
Supervise staff delivering patient care within Emergency Services.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
BSN or completion within five years.
trauma nurse education
Minimum of three years of Emergency nursing
CEN, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
One-year supervisory experience preferred
