Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

How you'll contribute

The Rehabilitation Technician supports licensed therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Under the direction of occupational and physical therapists, the technician assists with patient mobility, treatment preparation, and observation of patient responses during therapy. This role involves safe patient transport, equipment handling, and maintaining a clean, organized therapy environment. Strong communication skills, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to follow directions accurately are essential to promote optimal patient outcomes and support the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Six (6) - Twelve (12) months of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting strongly recommended; willing to participate in on-the-job training after orientation.

• Basic Life Support certification is required.
