Location: Arkansas Methodist Hospital - 900 W Kings highway, Paragould, AR 72450

Shift: FT | M-F, 8-4, Every other Saturday 8-12

Make a meaningful impact every day by supporting patients on their rehabilitation journey. We're looking for a Rehab Tech who brings energy, compassion, and reliability to our therapy department.

What You'll Do

• Assist therapists with patient treatments and prepare patients for sessions

• Transport, lift, and reposition patients safely throughout the hospital

• Set up, clean, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas

• Manage supply inventory and perform basic clerical tasks

• Support a safe, confidential, and patient‑focused environment

Qualifications and requirements

• High school diploma

• CPR/BCLS certification

• Six months of experience in an acute or long‑term care setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and move patients and participate in physical activity

• Basic computer and phone skills
