How you'll contribute 

A Cardiovascular Quality Senior Analyst who excels in this role will:

  • Collect, review, and manage registry data, including NCDR submissions and department-specific quality indicators.
  • Monitor outcomes, perform focused reviews, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve the quality and safety of patient care.
  • Analyze clinical and registry data to identify trends, benchmark performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, outcomes, and performance trends to leadership and clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital-specific standards, providing guidance on data accuracy and quality documentation.
  • Support or lead quality improvement projects and initiatives within the cardiovascular service line, utilizing data management tools and analytics software.

What we're looking for

  • Current West Virginia licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiologic Technologist (RT) required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cardiovascular Cath Lab required.
  • Previous experience with data collection tools, such as the ACC CATH PCI Registry and Core Measures, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures, clinical workflows, and quality metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of registry or analytics software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams in quality improvement initiatives.
