How you'll contribute
- 6 years clinical experience
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Collects and documents patient intake data. Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
- Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences.
- Assists with routine clinic support activities.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Maintains appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
- Coordinates nursing staff to facilitate accessibility and continuity of care.
- Coordinates requests of physicians and office staff in regard to patient activities and needs.
- Assist with Quality Controls of all Point of Care testing.
- Provide support for staffing when management is unavailable.
- Decision recommendations for staffing overtime and low census to be communicated to manager for final approvals.
- Assist with orientation and training of personnel and students.
- Participates and attends meetings as required and/ or assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

What we're looking for
- Education: Graduate of an LPN program
- License: Current LPN to practice in the state of M
- Certifications: BCLS (Health Care Provider); For Occupational Medicine Specific Only- BCLS Trainer and Specimen Collection required
