How you'll contribute 

speech-language pathologist who excels in this role:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  •  Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

  • Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.

  • Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. 

  • Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. 

  • Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. 

  • Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state board of speech-language pathology & audiology certification. Additional requirements include:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required

  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
