How you'll contribute:

An Speech Language Therapist - PRN who excels in this role:

· Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.

· Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.

· Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.

· Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.

· Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

What we're looking for:
Applicants should have a current Tennessee Speech Language Pathology license. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required at the time of hire
