Location: St. Mary's Regional Medical Center - 1808 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801

Shift: PRN| 0800-1600 | M-F - Some weekends and holidays required

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges across diverse patient populations.
  • Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments to monitor progress and adapt care plans accordingly.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, actively engaging patients and their families in the therapy process.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers to support continued improvement and understanding of therapy goals.
  • Support seamless transitions with thoughtful discharge planning and resource recommendations.
  • Mentor and supervise clinical fellows, students, and support staff-fostering the next generation of excellence in care.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
  • Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
