 Essential Functions: 

• Assure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
• Provide Leadership that Promotes Excellent Employee Performance.
• Demonstrate Effective Communication
• Improve Organizational Performances.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide leadership in area(s) of responsibility at the Supervisor level.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy required.

• Five (5) years' experience in direct patient care in acute care setting; three to five (3-5) years' management experience in medical setting desired.

• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in Rehab Therapies

• Washington State Driver's License. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes. 

• Current American Heart Association BLS.

• Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.  Ability to work with culturally diverse 

Salary Range: $50.06 - $70.08
