How you'll contribute
A Therapy Director who excels in this role:
- Provide strategic, operational and clinical oversight for Physical, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology and Cardiac Rehabilitation services across inpatient and outpatient settings, including pediatric and adult populations. Assure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
- Develops ad implements departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and compliant management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
- Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide leadership in area(s) of responsibility at the Supervisor level. Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
- Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously including task delegation, project over-sight, and resource allocation.
- Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

What we're looking for
Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy and the ability to work with culturally devised enviroment. Additional requirements include:
- Master's Degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy required.
- Five (5) years' experience in direct patient care in acute care setting; three to five (3-5) years' management experience in medical setting desired.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in Rehab Therapies
- Washington State Driver's License. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes.
- Current American Heart Association BLS.
- Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.

Salary Range:$104,125 to $145,766
