Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller is a state-of-the-art, 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

How you'll contribute
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the facility and hospital departments. They perform clerical and reception duties such as answering phones, filing, and copying, and they may also assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records, and compiling reports.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
• Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, and reports
• Filing and retrieving organizational documents, records, and reports
• Greeting visitors and determining whether they should be given access to specific individuals
• Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should possess:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year administrative support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
• Professional demeanor and appearance
