Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range and administrative and clerical support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the hospital. Ability to effectively handle a wide variety of processes and tasks as delegated by the facility CEO. Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. This role may supervise the Receptionist team at some facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in office administration preferred or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
Experience: Previous administrative support, clerical, and customer service experience preferred.
Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours and overtime. Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs.
