Analyst, Business Systems

The Analyst - Business Systems, Post Acute Managed Services, supports requests and incidents for facilities, as well as provides technology support for all Lifepoint Health facilities. Provides the knowledge and skills to meet business needs and performs in accordance with LifePoint Health standards and policies. Assist in the deployment of all technologies for upgrades to various systems. The position assists in design, implementation, and creating processes for related technology. Analysts will work directly with facilities, set up and maintain configurations of system(s), review processes, provide training, assist with testing, and go-live process, as well as offering ongoing support.

• Responsible for all aspects of support for Lifepoint Health facilities, including but not limited to:
• Training and oversight of building and maintaining clinical information systems ensuring that established policies are followed and maintained.
• Education and/or experience in information systems.
• Must have experience with an EMR system
• Writing test scripts and testing to ensure systems are working as designed, compliant and efficient including documentation of testing validation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Teams Excel, creating pivot tables, V Lookups and crosswalk of data.
• Set-up and maintaining configuration settings
• Assisting with creating and resolving reported incidents
• Writing and sending field communications.
• Writing and maintaining system and business requirements.
• Support data analytics needs for operations and HSC business owners.
• Fulfill duties and responsibilities assigned or delegated by Manager, Director, and above.
• Documenting and optimizing workflows for respective solutions.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
