How you'll contribute
An Assessment RN is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational and administrative excellence.
What we're looking for
Applicants should be a graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing. Additional requirements include:
Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred.
Experience in patient assessment, family motivations, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
CPR and de-escalation certification is required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
