Our Emergency Department is a rural twenty-bed unit where we are focused on providing patient-centered care in a friendly environment. Work/Life Balance is very important to us, so we currently offer self -scheduling. How you'll Contribute

A Behavioral Health Technician who excels in this role:

• Under the supervision of nursing staff will assist in meeting the needs of behavioral health patients.

• Maintains constant direct observation and visualization of identified patient(s).

• Identifies behaviors, events, or environmental factors that may predispose a patient to violent/destructive actions or increased agitation, reports signs of escalation to the RN.

We're looking for- a compassionate nursing assistant to provide empathetic care and support to our clients in a mental health tech environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:

• CNA certification is desired.

• BLS is required within 30 days of hire.
