What you’ll do:

The Provider Enrollment Ambassador is responsible for facilitating and completing the provider enrollment intake process with new providers.  The Ambassador will work directly with providers to complete and gather the necessary required documents to complete the payer enrollment process.

The Ambassador will provide excellent customer and professional service and work to make the enrollment intake process work as smoothly as possible and work to remove any obstacles for the provider to gather and complete the Intake process timely.

In addition, the Ambassador is responsible for managing payer enrollment checklist and document listings to ensure the proper information is requested and obtained for the enrollment process.

Responsibilities:

  •        Responsible primary point of contact for new employed providers to facilitate the initial process for provider payer enrollment and credentialing/privileging. 
  •        Exemplify outstanding customer service and skillful professional communication as they work directly with providers and market leadership.
  •        Partner closely with providers, Market Leaders, and Lifepoint Business Services Leaders to ensure the teams are working in unison.
  •        Conduct initial onboarding meetings with the providers to ensure the provider is aware and knowledgeable of the process and to communicate the expectations of gathering the information for the enrollment process.
  •        Establish routine follow-up meetings with the providers to ensure we are providing proper support to complete the enrollment intake process timely.
  •        Input and/or maintain data for provider to include but not limited to, initial input of provider demographics, personal, medical documentation, and comments into enrollment program and CAQH
  •        Perform routine administrative tasks to include but not limited to, uploading and updated documents, and notification forms in a timely manner.
  •        Partner with Provider Enrollment Leadership to develop, implement, and monitor reports from the Provider Enrollment tool to track and monitor outstanding and open intake items.
  •        Be able to work within tight deadlines
  •        Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  •        Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience required for the job.

Experience: 2+ years customer service experience. (Preferred)
