William Kiefer, DNP, MBA, RN, ACHE, is the chief executive officer of Ottumwa Regional Health Center. He has held leadership and clinical positions and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a National Rural Health Association (NRHA) Healthcare Fellow, and an active member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
