- Wilson Medical Center` located in Wilson, NC

Focus of Program:
- Develop leadership and business management skills through job assignments, rotations, instructor led courses, and distance learning
- Learn from each other through team projects and network with leaders throughout the organization
- Gain exposure to various sizes and complexities in facilities with differing service lines and participate in rotations at the Support Center
- Take an active management role in the hospital with responsibility for a group of departments
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) will participate in functional decision-making processes necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital's mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare clinical matters that could have an impact on the success of the hospital.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports.

Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure
-
Master’s degree in Business, Nursing or related field.
