What you’ll do:

As a Director, Change Network Site Readiness, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the change agent network by facilitating and coordinating communication between change agents, project team members, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth change management process. This position will collaborate with change agents and site leaders to identify site-specific activities or initiatives to facilitate adoption of new technology and new ways of working and establish mechanisms to track and monitor site readiness progress, change agent activities, and stakeholder engagement.

The Change Network & Site Readiness Director will conduct site readiness assessments to evaluate the readiness of individual sites/business units for implementation in addition to identifying risks, gaps, and barriers so mitigation strategies can be developed in collaboration with the Change Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Change Management, Communication Lead and Training Consultant to align on the change management strategy and change network activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across sites and change agents to promote a collaborative environment and leverage collective experiences.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication among change agents, project team members, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site readiness assessments and stakeholder interviews to evaluate the preparedness of individual sites/business units for the technology and work process changes.
  • Utilize findings and gaps to develop mitigation strategies in conjunction with the Change Management Team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training for change agents so they have the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the change agents so they are effective in driving change across the organization.

What you’ll need:

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Change Management, ERP system implementation, and/or large-scale transformational project. Experience in a healthcare preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP), Project Management (PMP), or Six Sigma are a plus.
