What you’ll do:

The Office Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and productivity. This role serves as the backbone of the office, managing administrative processes, coordinating resources, and supporting cross-functional teams to create a seamless work environment. The Office Operations Manager also plays a key role in vendor management, facilities coordination, and office culture initiatives, ensuring the office runs smoothly and aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities:

·         Vendor & Leasor Management: Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts, agreements, and services align with business needs. Serve as the primary liaison with Highwood Property Management to address office space needs, lease agreements, and facility-related issues.

·         Project Management: Oversee and manage large office-related projects, including the implementation of security monitoring software and cameras, identification systems, and conference room technology upgrades. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.

·         Facility Maintenance & Operations: Possess a working knowledge of basic break-fix issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance with internal teams and external vendors as needed. Proactively address operational issues to maintain a functional and efficient workspace.

·         Front Desk Coverage & Office Presence: Always ensure front desk coverage, either directly or through our receptionist, to provide professional and welcoming experience for visitors. Maintain a high standard of customer service for employees, guests, and external partners.

·         Customer Service & Workplace Support: Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution. Foster a positive and supportive office environment, reinforcing company culture and operational efficiency.

·         Budget & Expense Management: Track office-related expenses, manage vendor invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining a high standard of office functionality. Provide budget recommendations as needed.

·         Meeting & Event Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal meetings, ensuring conference room technology is functional and available. Support office-wide events, including team meetings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives.


What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 3-5+ year of experience, with a proven track record in a corporate setting, leading office operations or other operational areas.
