What you’ll do:

The Vice President of Strategy & Operations is a key leadership role responsible delivering on core strategic initiatives and projects to enable enterprise-wide business transformation. This position requires a strong consulting background, extensive experience in healthcare operations and strategy, and working with senior leaders on a day-to-day basis. This position will report into the Senior Vice President, Strategy and will be responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President, Strategy with leading and executing on core strategic initiatives. 

The Vice President of Strategy & Operations will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s future by shaping new ways of working and enable change across the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced management consultants with a strong healthcare background to make a significant impact on the organization’s growth, operational efficiency, and overall success.

Responsibilities:

  •        Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial performance.
  •        Lead and accelerate cross-functional teams in identifying, designing, and executing transformational initiatives across all departments.
  •        Collaborate with senior executives to align business transformation efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
  •        Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  •        Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
  •        Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and drive business transformation.
  •        Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in the business transformation process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  •        Develop and implement performance metrics to track the progress and success of business transformation initiatives.
  •        Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business transformation methodologies.
  •        Regular and reliable attendance.
  •        Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

Education:

  •      Bachelor's Degree; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred. 

Experience:

  • 8+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm at a management level.
  • 5+ years of healthcare provider operations leadership role.
  • 5+ years of leading small high performing teams.
