As a VP, Talent People Services, you will be responsible for leading, building, and managing all aspects of Lifepoint Health talent portfolio. Responsibilities include building a team, developing and managing budgets, leading strategic talent acquisition, total rewards, leadership and professional development, and the Organizational Development solutions team. 

Responsibilities:

·         Set the strategy for the employee experience across the domains of TA, Total Rewards, OD and leadership development.

·         Manage a team of AVPs who provide the insights, design, and solutions in their respective spaces for the field and corporate functions.

·         Collaborate with shared services for their delivery of recruitment activities, learning management, compensation programs. Provide the thought leadership for culture, employee experience, performance, and leadership.

·         Guide the evolution of Lifepoint’s culture, foster our core values, and recruit talent that possesses the key attributes necessary to ensure that the Company matures into an organization where employees want to work and recruit others to join them.

·         Provide diagnostic expertise and tools, assessment, and solutions to build, develop, and lead effective teams across the company.

·         Lead the organizational effectiveness practices to be implemented by field People Services leaders in support of great work culture and execution on the “your experience matters” commitment.

·         Collaborate to build, implement, and manage the growth of the talent team, infrastructure, and processes to position LifePoint as a leading employer. ­

·         Review and expand recruiting strategies and resources to support rapid growth across all disciplines from highly technical engineering and science-based roles to intensely creative roles. ­ Effectively structure and quantify benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. ­

·         Create and manage a performance development program that focuses on equity and development to optimize success for all employees. ­ Coach senior leaders to implement employee engagement initiatives at the organizational, team, and individual employee levels. ­

·         Develop and implement employee benefit, payroll, health, and safety programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce. ­

·          Establish reporting processes and infrastructure to provide key metrics to the executive team, board, and investors.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

·         Regular and reliable attendance.


EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive talent management leadership experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as senior leader at a senior leader level in a comparable sized services sector company with a proven record for attracting and retaining top talent. ­
    assessing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating diverse learning solutions.
