• Duke Lifepoint hospital

• Hospital-employed opportunity with an established group

• Join full-time physicians and four CNMs

• Strong community support for midwifery program

Clinical Opportunity:

• Good mix of OB and GYN, with room to grow GYN

• Average annual deliveries 350

• Average daily clinic volume 20-24

• Robust primary care base and significant community need

• Level I Nursery and strong hospital support

• Preferred candidate holds a first assist certification to assist with c-sections in the OR

Schedule & Call Coverage:

• Flexible schedule

• Shared call model, with midwives taking first call on weekends

• Physicians rotate primary call during the week

• LOCUM provider support helps promote healthy work/life balance
