Position Summary:

As a Market LPN Clinical Coordinator for Bluegrass Business Health, you will work onsite at various businesses we service across central Kentucky. Business locations will be in the following counties: Bourbon, Clark, Scott & Woodford.

Under the direction of an RN, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given. Assists RN with development of plan of care. Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Certifications

• Current LPN certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
