Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist delivers licensed psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team setting. They provide and document mental health services, lead group therapy sessions, and create psychoeducational programs. A key part of the role involves coordinating discharge planning with patients and their support systems. Care spans across all age groups and adheres to established clinical standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent Professional
  • Counseling pending State requirements
  • LMSW, LCSW LPC-I, LPC, LMFT Independent Practice Scope Licensure in State of Practice; preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year in disciple; preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Develops and delivers therapeutic curriculum and psychoeducational programming tailored to patients' psychological needs.
  • Leads multidisciplinary treatment planning, promoting active involvement from patients and families.
  • Coordinates discharge planning and post-hospital care, ensuring smooth transitions through community referrals and support.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives using data analysis and evidence-based tools to enhance care outcomes.
  • Facilitates group and individual therapy sessions, documents patient progress, and collaborates on treatment updates across all age groups.
