Position Summary:

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.


Minimum Education
Graduate of a registered nursing program required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications 
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required for all offices within 30 days of hire.
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required for Urgent Care, Cardiology & Vein clinic only within 90 days of hire.
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire and maintain thereafter (not required for Vein Clinic or Cardiology)
Required Licenses
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
