The Compliance Program Support Analyst provides critical support to the Compliance Program Structure & Regulatory Support function of the Ethics & Compliance department through research, data analysis, process administration, and collaborative participation in projects and initiatives.

The Analyst maintains foundational compliance systems, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting functionality. Assists with risk assessment, work plans, and reporting by gathering data, preparing dashboards, and drafting analyses for leadership review. Monitors regulatory updates, supports due diligence reviews, and helps coordinate education and training delivery and participation tracking, all while contributing to a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

How you'll contribute

A Compliance Program Support Analyst who excels in this role:

  • Conduct research on regulatory changes and summarize impact.

  • Maintain compliance systems and tools, including those systems utilized for managing report intake, investigation documentation and closure, conflict of interest disclosures and resolutions, policy management systems, and other data and resource repositories.

  • Support incident management system users.

  • Perform initial intake and monitoring functions for compliance reports.

  • Assist with risk assessment, work plan, and report development by gathering, analyzing, and presenting relevant data.

  • Monitor regulatory updates by participating in various Listservs, networking groups, and internal systems for receiving, reviewing, routing, and escalating regulatory change notifications.

  • Prepare compliance dashboards and draft reports for leadership review.

  • Support education and training initiatives by tracking completion and assisting with communications.

  • Assist with the planning and tracking of compliance program projects and initiatives, coordinating documentation, performance tracking, and results management.

  • Help promote a culture of integrity by supporting awareness of reporting mechanisms and compliance expectations

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development efforts.

What we're looking for


Applicants should have a High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 or more years of healthcare experience with a minimum of two (2) years of related or transferable Compliance/ Risk experience required. Prior experience in a healthcare preferred.

This position can expect overnight travel up to 25%
