How you'll contribute

The Contact Center Operation is responsible for supporting business by operating switchboard and connecting callers to the appropriate person. Monitors alarm systems in order to ensure that secure conditions are maintained.

Qualifications and requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED Required. Associates Degree preferred
Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
1 year of hospital call-center experience preferred
