The Provider Operations team supports the organization by maintaining accurate and compliant provider credentialing records, ensuring providers are properly enrolled and verified with payors, and assisting internal stakeholders in maintaining smooth operational processes. We value accuracy, teamwork, and communication to ensure an excellent experience for both our providers and our partners.
How you'll contribute
A Credentialing Specialist who excels in this role:
Manages provider credentialing records by filing, scanning, and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy in internal and external systems.
Coordinates with payors and delegated groups by updating rosters and performing regular checks to maintain compliance.
Communicates with provider offices via phone, fax, or email to obtain necessary credentialing information or updates.
Assists the Credentialing and Auditing Specialist with special projects and serves as backup for re-credentialing activities.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a high school diploma or higher and 2-5 years of medical front office or health insurance experience, preferably with payors, Medicare, or credentialing. Additional qualifications include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining provider records and data systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Collaborative approach with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Certification: None required.
Travel Requirement: Minimal; valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required for occasional travel.
