How you'll contribute
As the Director of People services you will be responsible for developing and assisting with deploying HR projects throughout the organization, maintenance of existing enterprise-wide HR systems and HR generalist for Corporate staff. This is a transversal role that requires building strong working relationships within the organization as well as with partners and vendors outside of Lifepoint Health.
Responsibilities:
Manage and assist with deployment of large scale HR projects, especially HR systems implementations. This includes defining the scope and objectives to deliver desired outcomes.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to various groups and leadership during RFP and systems selection.
During projects, hold vendors accountable to Service Level Agreements and agreed upon schedules.
Identify opportunities to create efficiencies, reduce cost and increase cooperation throughout the Lifepoint HR technology landscape.
Build cross-functional partnership by working closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Operations, and other departments to achieve project objectives.
Stay attuned to HR and Business needs through relationship management in order to identify opportunities that can be incorporated into HR systems solutions.
Project manage other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Develop rollout training, communication and change management strategies to maximize effectiveness of systems solutions and other HR initiatives.
Develop performance metrics to measure success of technology and projects.
Manage HR systems interfaces and integration
Manage HR systems access and security
Perform HR systems training and support
Perform HR workflow analysis and recommendations.
Assist with annual Benefits Open Enrollment including system configuration, integrations and interfaces
Perform full cycle recruiting duties for client group including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, offer management.
Manage the onboarding and provisioning process, terminations and exit interviews.
HR lead for client group on a variety of key HR initiatives including but not limited to LOAs, employment verifications, year-end compensation and performance management processes, engagement surveys, open enrollment and annual education.
Assist with employee relations issues, including investigation and follow-up discipline, as needed.
Assist central admin HR team with day to day HR support.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Experience: Prior HRIS, Payroll, ATS, Electronic Onboarding, LMS experience preferred
Additional Requirements: Ability to effectively create, identify and achieve goals and objectives in an environment of change and ambiguity. Ability to influence and build relationships across matrixed organization. Strong presentation skills, including exposure to senior leadership. Strong project management skills.
